I've been tending to the Be Your Own Motivation resource for around a year now. Honestly, it's born out of depression, anxiety, lack of motivation (for anything) and low self-belief and confidence. It was a journey and I made it out of that dark period by the grace of God 🙏🏾, a great coach and a therapist. All who helped me, see me - the real Rochelle ❤️⁣

How has your Monday started? Are you excited for the week ahead? Or are you feeling the weight of the world on your shoulders?⁣

This year has proven to be a year of deep reflection amidst the trials and tribulations whether in our personal lives and/or professional lives. ⁣
⁣
This last time last year when I hit rock bottom in my career, I realised how the first scripture I ever learnt would be my only saving grace - professionally, spiritually and mentally. I vividly remember my nan reading and reciting Psalm 23 with me until I knew it off by heart (anyone with a West Indian grandparent may relate!). Most importantly, she explained the scripture to me: God is our guide, always our advocate, and our strength.⁣
⁣
Even though I ended up leaving the company for my health’s sake, God has said that WE are renewed. And with Him, I trust and believe we will always WIN in the end 🙌🏾.⁣
⁣
So here is a sneaky insight into my new resource ‘Be Your Own Motivation’ to help you WIN this week. It’s launching next week, so subscribe to the blog so you’re first to get it when it drops! It will inspire and motivate you to improve your confidence and help you to dive deeper into your relationship with God.

- Trust that God will WORK it out. He has done it before and will do it again. ⁣
- Let God & Godly counsel be your guide in areas that you need to develop or IMPROVE. Don’t be afraid to ask for help from your loved ones - you may be surprised some of them have overcome the same or similar challenges.⁣
- Write it down and make it plain. Not only your plans but also where God has already helped you to prosper. What’s been NOTABLE for you in the last 1️⃣, 3️⃣ and 6️⃣ months?⁣

When I made the decision to trust God AND love myself fully, wholly and deeply, I grew in confidence and was more motivated to achieve my goals. ⁣
